Living room
The Living room has a traditional terracotta tiled floor, ceiling beams and thick stone walls, making it cool in summer and warm in winter. It is heated by a stone fireplace housing a Jotul wood burner and an electric radiator with cover. Stairs lead up to the master bedroom suite which has shelving underneath. Here you will also find the connections for the telephone, internet (broadband high speed) and satellite TV. Despite its age, it is a very light room as it has white walls combined with the old stone, wall lights and two windows as well as french doors that lead out onto the terrace.
From the living room you enter the laundry room which houses the water tank giving a constant supply of hot water, a double sink, an abundance of cupboards and plumbing for a washing machine and space for a tumble dryer. There is also a full length cupboard with sliding doors, ideal for storing linen and all the cleaning tools. There is an electric radiator along with a roof light.
A study/fourth bedroom leads off from the laundry room and overlooks the rear garden.
